Chris
I plugged the fan controller into one of my mobo chassis fan 4 pin connectors and upon first start-up I blew the 100uf cap on the bottom end of the board. After replacing the capacitor and pluging it in the right way into the power supply everything works except the fans. The fans are working using my h100i's fan connectors until I can find a replacement board or fix mine. Question is does anyone have a fix for this? Or do these fans not kick on until it gets hot in the case? A friend says his run always. ThermalMike
Chris, Welcome to the Tt Community! The Core V71 fan controller built-in on top is proprietary to the included case fans only. (200mm) You can contact us directly and we can help with a replacement on the fan PCB board under warranty. There is no temp control, just the fan speed options controlled by the button on the chassis.

Stevoo30
I was wondering if it would be possible to still find a board in today's day in age?
