danie505a Posted April 9, 2020 Report Share Posted April 9, 2020 I have a new build and have A lot of Thermaltake products but i'm having a software issue with the fans and rgb plus. Ive tried several different ways but cannot get the software to see the controller boxes. error code H_0x0001. I have 6 fans, the water block rgb ring, and two rgb pumps and res connected to three controller boxes and they are connected to a 1200w power supply and plugged in on a msi godlike x570 MB.
