Problem with Thermaltake Smart Sp-1000m latam

Hi! Can please someone help me with an urgent issue?. I bought 3 years ago a 1000 w thermaltake psu, it worked for the last 3 years, but some days ago ive tried to turn the pc on and it didnt. After trying many different sollutions, i plugged a different and oldest psu i had from another computer and the pc turned on, thats how i figured out that the problem is my thermaltake psu, 2 weeks ago ive tried and tried to contact with thermaltake techncal support sending requests to the following email: support@thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com and i have also completed and sent a form in this page: https://my.thermaltake.com/latam/csErma.aspx

Yet i didnt recieve ANY tipe of answer from Thermaltake, my psu is still under warranty period(5 years), can someone tell me what can i do?. I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Does anyone know if there is a phone number where i can contact them and finally solve this issue? Or any other way/form/email where i can inform my issue?. Thank you very much in advance for any response that you can give me.

Hi the support of thermaltek is realy bad. i have also a bad PSU with 10 years of warrenty. I also bought this 3 years ago and after 1 year it dident work any more. I godt it replays from the dealer but now this  newer one is behaving strange. The one i have is PS TPI 1250D. Alsp have made a RMA from Thermaltake home page but now answer. Hmm.
