Nemesis Key Assignment Change?

Is there anyway to change in the software what each key registers as? For instance where button 1 is, I want it to register where button 5 is on the mouse. I know I can manually change bindings on games, but it makes it messy. I messed around in command center pro but it does not allow me to move the assignments around. Maybe I am just dense. Please help!
