jamez74 Posted June 10, 2020 Report Share Posted June 10, 2020 I have the same issue. When the computer first starts it shows iTAKE running but it seems frozen and will not open when clicking on it. My level 20 rgb keyboard is fine but my level 20 rgb extended mouse mat will not sync until i force close and restart iTAKE. This has to be done every startup.
