Hello everyone,

I just purchased a new pc that I had custom built. my fans are working fine, but i can't control the lights on them. The software is giving the error attached. The app appears to be reading the temperature.

Floe Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition

The controller looks like the one in the stock picture on their product website.

Intel i9 9900
850w psu

I'm not sure what other information is needed.

I would appreciate any help.

Sorry for the delay.

Here are the pictures - I can't tell if there is only 1 controller, or not. I think there is a second one hidden in the middle based on the side daisy chain.

There are 6 fans, all 6 are getting power, and the cpu fans appear to register the temperture. the visible controller is connected to the cpu fan.

On the mobo for pump fan it's cabled, but sys fan is not power cabled.

let me know if i need to provide more info or do something else.
