1shotaway Posted July 6, 2020 Report Share Posted July 6, 2020 I have recently bought TT Pure 12 ARGB Sync Radiator Fan Triple PAck and connected everything properly controller is also working but when I open TT RGB PLUS software it gives me following error. Tack Posted July 7, 2020 Report Share Posted July 7, 2020 Hey The Pure 12 ARGB Sync Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition does not use the TT RGB Plus software. It is part of Thermaltakes sync lineup that uses a motherboard argb header. That also has a small controller that allows for some limited modes without being connected to your motherboard. If you wanted to use the TT Rgb plus software you might try and contact Thermaltake support and see if they will be willing to send you a plus controller.
