did not help. I am guessing that this is due to the motherboard because after every update the MB drivers got worse. after the last update, the pontroller does not react.

Hi,

Your MB is MSI b450m right? Did youtry to contact MSI before?

Hi,

Need you to do some tests to identify the issue.

Uninstall 1.3.7, and re-install 1.3.6 via the link below, see if the issue still happens  https://www.thermaltake.com/downloads

If issue solved with 1.3.6, please let me know.

If no, please keep your PC on and turn on TT RGB Plus, then unplug the power cord of the controller on the controller side.

wait for 5 sec and plug it back again, see if windows and TT RGB PLUS detect new devices.

i am having the same issue with the USB device not being recognized , with in the windows system, or with in the RGB software provided. i am running an Asus ROG B450-F MB.

i have tried the unplug the controller power method, and nothing works. is there possibly another software that can be used? windows cant find any drivers for the usb device either.

yes this is my motherboard. some of the ports on the motherboard stopped working, while others work. in general I understand with MSI

Hi,

If this is the case, i would suggest that maybe you can consider talk to MSI first, and we will continue find the solution with our R&D team at the same time, keep you updated.

Windows has stopped this device because it reported a problem. (Code 43)

Hi,

Sorry for the incontinence.

Some info may need from you for troubleshooting.

1. Can you list what products and how many you connect?

2. Power supply model?

3. How you connect these products? ex. one peripheral cable connects 1 controller + 3 Riing Trio fans

I have the same problem. I am using TT View 51 TG Snow and the fan Controller for the case comes pre wired basically all I did was plug in the motherboard 5 V argb header and thats it. I downloaded the TT rgb plus App and it says no controller detected.

Same issue for me TT RGB Sync controller and I have to reboot my PC 1-4 times touching nothing in-between and during one of those reboots it works.. I had a TT sync controller with 6 Riing plus fans that some of the fans stopped lighting properly. I got the Riing Trio fans and controller and and plugged some of my riing Plus fans over so i have the ports on the controller filled. I dont like how the software also flashes up at the start of Windows. The fans look great the software is very meh. Unless I can get something figured out i will just pull all the fans back out and go with corsair eco system as i already run icue for my keyboard and know it works.

Dear User

Could you provide how to connect the power cable to the fan controller?
Please connect controllers to a different power cable, will reconnect the controller with software.
