alazium Posted July 24, 2020 Report Share Posted July 24, 2020 Hello, i don't understand how TT warranty workkks. I have my keyboard Poseidon Z RGB. I used this keybord for less then 3 years and now when i press some keys it's print lettter 2-3 times. It happens with keys "K, F, Y," and sometimes "Q". What can i do with it? I already created a tickket in technical support. 2 weeks passed, no answer. I made another one, same. I cant go to shop where i bought it, it's closed now.
