Syncing Case Fans with RGB Fusion

Hello,

I have a Thermaltake Versa J24 RGB. The specs for the case indicate that the front RGB Fans (TT-1225) can be controlled via RGB-Fusion if attached to an appropriate motherboard. I currently have a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC with 2 RGB headers on it. But when I plug the Cases "RGB In" cable to the 12v GRB header on my board the fans do not appear in RGB Fusion. Can someone please help me determine why this is?

We have tested that there's no problem with the synchronizing.
