nairobi Posted December 3, 2020 Report Share Posted December 3, 2020 Hlw sir/mam, After 10days ago Im purchasing these Thermaltake tt ring plus 12 radiator fan TT premium edition.whene I m attached into my motherboard (msi mpg x570) then Im noticed the software was showing fan controller not connected with a error code( h_0x0001) also Im not able to change the colour, rpm, razer chrome connect etc of these fan. I m attached some pictures also. My pc configuration is and ryzen 5 3600, msi mpg x570, crossair 8gb ram 3000mhz, thermaltake 650 psu,inno3d GeForce 1660super.
