oldtrekky Posted December 14, 2020 Report Share Posted December 14, 2020 The box for my Level 20 RGB titanium says to use the TTRGB Plus software, but when it loads it crashes with an error code of H_0x00001. I have also tried the iTake program, which works until I logoff or reboot, than all illumination is off. The X1 RGB also fails, w/message "connect a TT device", which I have already done.
