CRAZ3DCOYOTE Posted March 7, 2021 Report Posted March 7, 2021 i'm from the US and I downloaded the software from the official site and when I go on it all i get is an error code H_0x0001 also on my phone i have the app and it says i don't have the right version and i need to update the software from 1.4.0 to 1.2.4 can anyone help me please and thank you Quote
hickdawg Posted March 11, 2021 Report Posted March 11, 2021 All I can find is this: https://bit.ly/TTRGBPlusV140 from the thermaltake website. Try deleting the software and reinstalling. That may clear it up. Every once in while there is a glitch on a download or install. Quote

Error code H_0x001 is not detecting the controller. Quote
