You might want to consider the following options:

Ensure that you're running the most recent version of the driver.
Try running the software as an administrator.
Check the compatibility of your RAM with the software.
Disable or uninstall other RGB controlling software that might be conflicting.
Attempt a fresh installation of the Thermaltake software.
Look for any BIOS updates from your motherboard manufacturer.
If all else fails, you might need to get in touch with Thermaltake's customer support.
