I have screenshots of my call logs. 27 individual call-ins to Thermaltake and NOT 1 CALL ANSWERED... Pretty ridiculous that it just cuts you off after 10 mins of waiting and tells you to leave a message. I did leave a couple messages the first few calls but those were obviously never returned either. I was trying to buy the $4950.00 arctic, liquid cooled model you had for sale on your gaming pc category but it was out of stock. I submitted a request for it and then the day later I received no response and when checking back on the webpage it was totally removed from your products..... So I know someone is there and seeing my calls and requests but choosing to ignore me. Pretty messed up because I have wanted a thermaltake case/pc for YEARS AND YEARS and now that I have the money they could care less about a 5k sale.....
