Hi all, I have an neptune elite keyboard and I have recently updated it thru its gaming software 3.0, my windows can pick up the USB input device but the gaming software 3.0 says please connect to the USB device. My keyboard is not working right now. Does anyone know the way to fix it? Thanks a lot!
