Rising Quan 140mm fans not able to detect controller

Hello,

 

I’m using the Gigabyte x570si motherboard and 3 Riing Quad 140mm fans to cool my ok.

 

‘The fans rgb turns on and they run but when I try to open the thermaltake controller app, I get the “cannot detect controller” box. My fans are plugged into the USB 2.0 header on my board. Is there a way to get my fan controller to detect?
