Mateo. Posted August 30, 2022 Report Share Posted August 30, 2022 Hello, I recently got the Thermaltake shock pro rgb 7.1 headset, and as I play a lot of cs-go I want the 7.1 option... So I go to download the software for the headset, extract it, open it and it just says to connect the headset eaven though it is plugged in. I tried to recconect the headset and update the chipset drivers as the headset is plugged into the usb port (I tried other ports). But nothing works, the software still doesn't want to install... I really need the software to work for the 7.1 surround sound because of the games I play... Any help to fix this issue? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
