I recently purchased the LCD Panel Kit for The Tower 500.
I launched TT RGB PLUS V2.0.9 to change the design of the LCD Screen and clicked on the recognized TT 3.9-inch LCD Panel,
The software has crashed.

I live in Japan so the screen is in Japanese.

Is there something wrong?
I found a CrashDump output, but I can't seem to attach it to this forum.
By the way, I also use TOUGHLIQUID Ultra 360 All-In-One Liquid Cooler, but you can change this setting.

Hi,

I'm getting the same issue with a MX2 Ultra and a Pacific R2 LCD - mx2 ultra works fine in the gui;  when I navigate to the R2 memory LCD page, it crashes / minimises with the same error in the eventlog:

hello

It seems that Thermaltake's Moderator doesn't look at it, so I tried various things myself and found two ways to improve it.

1. Start with "Start_TTRGBPlus2.0_Debug.bat"
Launch ttrgbplus from "C:\Program Files\Tt\TT RGB PLUS\Start_TTRGBPlus2.0_Debug.bat" and the GUI can be configured without crashing.
However, the software crashes after a while.

2. Use "V2.0.8"
I installed V2.0.8 and then found the software to be pretty stable.

I recommend method 2.
For those who crash, try it.

Dear Thermaltake Moderator, TT RGB PLUS seems to have a problem.
I hope you will check the software.
