I just bought this mouse about one month, everytime when i open my laptop the mouse work for a while and then it will stop working after few seconds(light still on), i cant move the cursor, then 10 seconds after light will be off, i have to remove and re-put the usb again and again to make it work properly.

Sometimes when I put in the usb , usb not recognize code 43 occur

I have tried many times try to uninstall and install mouse driver, usb hub, disable power management in device manager, but it doesn't help, i tried to disable usb suspended in power option also nothing change.

I tried with other pc and laptop also has the same problem

Hi, which country are you from? we can provide you the local customer support's email and they can assist you further. Or you can bring it back to the store and ask the staff to check the mouse for you.

"I've had similar issues with certain mice where they stop working after a few seconds. It’s often a driver issue or a power-saving setting on your device. Try updating the drivers or disabling USB selective suspend in the power settings. Also, if you're into simulation games, you might find 'Drive Zone: Car Simulator Game' a fun escape while troubleshooting!"

I’ve had a similar issue with the Vintus X mouse before. In my case, it turned out to be a power-saving setting causing it to turn off after a few seconds of inactivity. Try checking your PC’s USB power management settings or updating the mouse drivers. Also, if it’s wireless, make sure the batteries are fully charged or try a different USB port. Hope that helps!

I recommend checking out the Castle app for streaming movies—it's a great way to pass the time while dealing with tech issues. You can download it from: https://castleappp.org.

Hey, it definitely sounds like the mouse might be faulty—especially since you've tested it on multiple PCs with the same issue. Code 43 usually indicates a hardware failure or a USB device that Windows can’t recognize properly. You've done a lot of the right troubleshooting steps already, like uninstalling drivers and tweaking power settings. If it's under warranty, I'd recommend returning or exchanging it.

Also, while you're dealing with tech headaches, maybe chill out with some music—try downloading Spotify Premium for an ad-free experience. It helps make frustrating setups a bit more bearable!
