Hi, which country are you from? we can provide you the local customer support's email and they can assist you further. Or you can bring it back to the store and ask the staff to check the mouse for you. Quote
Canont3guy Posted December 25, 2016 Report Posted December 25, 2016 Hi, Has anyone figured out a fix for this issue? I am having the same problem with my level 10m mouse Quote
chrislevis Posted January 25 Report Posted January 25 "I've had similar issues with certain mice where they stop working after a few seconds. It’s often a driver issue or a power-saving setting on your device. Try updating the drivers or disabling USB selective suspend in the power settings. Also, if you're into simulation games, you might find 'Drive Zone: Car Simulator Game' a fun escape while troubleshooting!" Quote
Aurelia Maevee Posted March 3 Report Posted March 3 That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue with Worms Zone Mod version . My game would stop responding after a few seconds. Restarting helped sometimes, but eventually, I installed new mouse, and it worked much better. Maybe there’s a setting or driver update that could fix your mouse issue? Quote
georgepoll Posted Friday at 12:24 PM Report Posted Friday at 12:24 PM I’ve had a similar issue with the Vintus X mouse before. In my case, it turned out to be a power-saving setting causing it to turn off after a few seconds of inactivity. Try checking your PC’s USB power management settings or updating the mouse drivers. Also, if it’s wireless, make sure the batteries are fully charged or try a different USB port. Hope that helps! I recommend checking out the Castle app for streaming movies—it's a great way to pass the time while dealing with tech issues. You can download it from: https://castleappp.org. Quote
georgepoll Posted Saturday at 10:12 AM Report Posted Saturday at 10:12 AM Hey, it definitely sounds like the mouse might be faulty—especially since you've tested it on multiple PCs with the same issue. Code 43 usually indicates a hardware failure or a USB device that Windows can’t recognize properly. You've done a lot of the right troubleshooting steps already, like uninstalling drivers and tweaking power settings. If it's under warranty, I'd recommend returning or exchanging it. Also, while you're dealing with tech headaches, maybe chill out with some music—try downloading Spotify Premium for an ad-free experience. It helps make frustrating setups a bit more bearable! Quote
