User Posted November 3, 2023 Report Posted November 3, 2023 Hello, i have a problem with the TT RGB PLUS software 2.1.5 and my Pacific MX2 Ultra and TT 3.9-inch LCD Panel running on a brand new windows 11 pro. The Pacific MX2 Ultra screen and TT 3.9-inch LCD Panel are randomly go into "standby mode". Or show NO PICTURE after a restart. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the TT RGB PLUS software a few times. It is just not running smooth ... any suggestions please? Thank you for your help Quote
TT Manda Posted November 13, 2023 Report Posted November 13, 2023 Hi @User, Looking at the information you’ve given, the issue likely resulted from hardware installation problems. We suggest you double-check the connection between parts. Try connecting your Pacific MX2 Ultra via a different USB socket and run the TT RGB Plus system again. Quote
hawtdogflvrwtr Posted December 17, 2023 Report Posted December 17, 2023 Just return it and get the nzxt. It's a far better product with better support and software that doesn't look like it was written by kids in the 90's. The software issue you describe is well known, just look at every other post in this forum. everyone is having the issue and they've not been able to figure out what the issue is. Quote

Additionally, check the USB connections for the Pacific MX2 Ultra and LCD Panel, as loose connections can sometimes cause these problems. Quote
shindytin98 Posted September 4, 2025 Report Posted September 4, 2025 Hey everyone, I understand the frustration! Dealing with software glitches is never fun. Sounds like you've tried the basics. Perhaps, while troubleshooting, take a break and play a quick game of Uno Online to clear your head? Then, dive back in. Have you checked for driver updates for your display adapters? Maybe an older driver version works better with TT RGB PLUS 2.1.5 on Windows 11 Pro. Good luck! Quote
