S31 : Flap of docking does not close

Hello,

 

Today I used the docking station on my S31 for the first time.

Unfortunately the flap of the docking station port does not close again.

 

Is there a trick to close it?

 

If not, how can I remove the top so I can take a look to see what's wrong/
