Not recognized by software

After reading other forums it seems as i have same problem as others but nothing I try work and I am highly dissapointed that the purchase does not 100% work with software. Assistance please?

when i press recovery it immediatly stops working and the program fails.

Did you uninstall and reinstall again? Please provide us a screenshot (if possible) :)
