Hello guys!

Maybe someone has experience or have any ideas how to fix it...

I've bought Thermaltake toughliquid ultra 420 and Thermaltake toughfan 14 RGB

Both of them has fan controller.

The situation is as follows: regardless of the fan speed, an electric sound can be heard, somewhat resembling a transformer hum. Experimentally, it was revealed that it comes from controllers, and from both. I can't hear the fans at all, so the hum in the background is clearly audible.

As far as I understand, this can happen when the PWM controller is running, but the noise is too much of a hindrance. Do you have any ideas how I can handle this?

(I tried to set the fan speeds high, and it seemed like the hum disappeared, but that's not an option either)
