Hi,

i just installed my new Thermaltake TH360 V2 Ultra ARGB. Fan RGBs are working and the lcd display too. I can change the lcd-display image but i dont have any option to find a spot to change the fan RGBs. I also get following error: Can not detect controller, please check that the fan controller is connected.

a) How can i change the rgb of the fans? Is there anything wrong?
b) How can i change the roation of the lcd-image?

Hi @TriXoX,

The lighting for the ARGB fans are controlled using your motherboard lighting software, so you don't need a controller to change the lighting on the fans.

To rotate the image on the LCD screen, you go to TT RGB Plus and click on the left and right arrows next to your chosen image (marked with yellow down below).

Hope this answers your questions!

Hi I bought the TH280 V2 Ultra ARGB Sync, and my LCD screen is not working also. I have tried both my USB 2.0 headers but still nothing. Also why is there 2 connections for the LCD screen?

Any help will be gratefull.

Hi,

a) Ensure the fan controller is properly connected. Check cables and reinstall the software if needed.

b) Use the Thermaltake software to adjust the LCD image rotation.

Hi, I just purchased a pre-built Reactor i470TS. I downloaded the 2.1.9 version of RGB Plus software and I am getting a cannot detect controller message. The lcd display is not appearing as detected hardware. Am I using the correct software?

Thanks

On Edit, it may be helpful to know I have an Asrock MB and "Polychrome" software is installed. The Polychrome software pops multple drivers can not run or be installed when it starts. Both programs seem to run in the background so I have to go to the system tray to exit.

Bests,

Is it necessary to update the firmware for the controller?
