ksantillan Posted November 27, 2016 Report Share Posted November 27, 2016 TT Team and Members, I just bought my Poseidon Z RGB today and tried to update the firmware. The software prompted that I was running version 30 and asked if I wanted to update to firmware 48, so I did. After updating, my keyboard isn't functioning anymore even after multiple reboots and plug in and outs of different USB ports. Tried to update the software and it says I'm running Version 0 as seen in the attached snip. I've tried to update multiple times but to no avail. Please advise. ksantillan Posted November 27, 2016 Author Report Share Posted November 27, 2016 I've managed to update the software after more than 10 tries and I got my keyboard working again. Tt David Posted November 28, 2016 Report Share Posted November 28, 2016 Hi there, If you have the same issue again, please reinstall the software again as following steps: Reinstall step 1. plug out your keyboard 2. remove AP 3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files 4. restart your computer 5. plug in the Keyboard 6. install AP ksantillan 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
