TT C0R3 P3
Hi, I just got the psu a few days ago and I keep getting several different error messages. Abnormal voltage, fan failure. I exchanged it for a another one and I get the same messages. Prior to swapping I did try reinstalling the app but still got the error messages. Anyone else experience this, any suggestions? Denny
hi, can you provide the specification of your system? Do you have any other monitoring tools in the system?

Denny
we suspect that the PC App might have the compatibility issue with Corsair Link. is that possible for you to remove the Corsair Link and run the PC app again?
TT C0R3 P3
Ok I will try that out, thanks.
TT C0R3 P3
So I think I have the problem solved. I was using an NZXT usb header instead of the mb. Niw that it is connected directly to the mb I know longer get any fan failure, etc tyoe of errors. I now only get an upload error when I boot up the system. Error 021. Denny
Hi, To solve the issue, please try deleting the folder named "tt" under the path C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\ The PC App should be working perfectly fine after that. and might I ask if you were using a NZXT internal USB hub to connect the power supply? TT C0R3 P3
I used the hub because my usb headers on my mb were already used for front panel usb and cpu water pump. I moved the pump to the hub freeing up the header on the mb for the psu. Denny

TT C0R3 P3
I'm still having trouble with the error. I can't find the file location. Any ideas?
Denny
Hi, you cannot find the folder because it is hidden by default. here is the instruction of how to show all the hidden files and folders: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/

supergenny
what I wonder if they were false errors caused by software anomalies I can feel comfortable
