GiraffeCat
Hello All, I was wondering if it is possible to use two pumps/reservoirs on the Pacific LCS RL120 Kit. It seems that the biggest risk of LCS's is the pump failing, so would it be possible to use two PT20 Pump/reservoirs in a push/pull configuration? Thanks, GC JustinMern
ThermalMike
Hello, Welcome to the Tt Community! There are builds out there with multiple pumps, it should not be an issue. Some will use it for split loops (GPU/CPU) dedicated cooling and to have multi color coolant Other will do it for the "look" of having more components or a higher end design. When you have multi pumps, it is not like push/pull for a fan, but just more of a boost for users with complex custom loops. - Multiple GPU configurations - Multiple Radiator configurations The Pump included with the Kit should be find for CPU cooling and if you want to expand to say GPU cooling as well, you might want to upgrade to the RL240 kit and get the D5 pump and larger radiator. GiraffeCat
Mike, Thank you for the reply. I was going for redundancy, but I suppose two radiators and two pumps would "look cool" - pun intended. Now, off to decide what color of coolant....... Thanks, GC ThermalMike
