I would like to discuss the topic of e-commerce with you. Online commerce has been developing rapidly in recent years, and I am interested in your opinion on what trends will dominate this sphere in the coming years? What technologies do you think could significantly change the shopping experience or even the very model of doing business online?

And also, do you think small businesses should invest in creating their own online store, or is it better to use existing platforms like Shopify or Etsy?
