HOW TO MAKE LCD ON FAN TO WORK on prebuilt TT vista i47t sf

As Title suggests, i bought a pre built TT vista on best buy and when i donwloaded the TT rgb plus software it doesnt show the option to change the LCD image.

 

I was wondering what i can do to fix this

If your LCD (on the fan or cooler) is not showing up, here’s what you can try to fix it:

1. Check connections & cables
   Make sure the cable from the LCD module is firmly plugged into its header on the fan or pump. A loose or bent pin is a common cause of no display.

2. Verify power & headers
   The LCD module often needs its own power or data connection (e.g. a 3‑pin or 4‑pin header). Ensure it’s connected to a proper motherboard or controller header, not just the fan power line.

3. Update or reinstall software / firmware
   If your system uses software (e.g. TT RGB Plus, or another control utility), ensure it’s installed and up to date. Sometimes the LCD won’t activate until the software initializes it.

4. Test with another fan or controller
   Swap in a known working LED/LCD fan or tester to see whether the issue is the module or your header/controller.

5. Check for a bad module or cable
   If all else seems correct and it still doesn’t display, the LCD unit itself or its wiring might be defective.
