Chr0nicKing Posted April 29, 2017 Report Share Posted April 29, 2017 just installed the theron mouse companion app to my wifes laptop but it wount let her log in just says "error message (password format error)" when she recovers her password it sends the same password to her email but still doesnt work what actions should she take to get it working properly? Chr0nicKing Posted April 29, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2017 if anyone else has this problem make a completely new account from another pc then log into it from the original device you want to use that fixed this issue we realized our mouse didnt come with a cd it was supposed to and are going back to exchange it for the same mouse we expectd the mouse settings to be in the companion app but apparently they are on a cd it didn't come with?
