I've contacted Thermaltake support and they gave me a rma number to send back the PSU. The product arrive to Thermaltake facilites a couple of days ago but I haven't been contacted and I can't check the status of my RMA because this link doen't work: support.thermaltake.com/csErma.aspx?action=track.
