javierz0509 Posted November 23, 2017 Report Share Posted November 23, 2017 I bought the riing plus RGB premium edition fan 120mm , I have everything install and if I shutdown the computer my TT software gets error H_0x0001 only if i SHUTDOWN, in order to have software communicate with controller again ill have to powercycle the controller while the pc is on and the software then will detect the fan controller....#### is going on...HELP ANYONE PLEASE Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have not seen this one yet and any help for info is appreciated. When you reboot does it work? No issues, just only on shutdown?
