SWAFAN EX12 ARGB separate colors for inner/outer ring

I’m currently having trouble with my SWAFAN EX12 and EX14 ARGB fans. I’ve connected them directly to my motherboard, and they are functioning properly, meaning I can control their lighting through third-party software like SignalRGB or my Gigabyte motherboard software.

However, the Thermaltake software is not detecting the fans at all, and I was really hoping to use it to control the inner and outer ring lighting separately, which isn’t possible through other platforms. (or at least i don't know how to do it).

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or let me know what I might be missing? I’d love to be able to take full advantage of the tt software features, which should offer the possibility to have cool animations and set separate colors for the inner and outer circles for each fan.

Please, help me. I am so desperate. Do I need some extra controllers for that? If yes, which ones?
