Hi,

Make sure the tubes are pressed in all the way on the fittings. Did you by any chance take out the color insert rings that go on both ends? They have  to be there for it to spin.

Depending on your tube work, if the flow2 is being pushed or "tweaked" and not "straight" just try to shift it around a little bit and it should be fine.

Also check to see if there is anything that is trapped in there or loose. You might want to partial drain the system, take it out and give it a look to be sure.

Keep us posted, I have personally used this product a lot on builds, i have not had many issues.
