can't connect fan light to asus aura sync or other app like yours

Hi, i recently buy the case View 270 TG ARGB Snow, come whit 3 fan, and i can't not modify the light from Aura sync or any software (i try all yours at : https://www.thermaltake.com/downloads ) 

In Aura sync did not find it, on your software, controller cannot be found.
The 3 fan are plug in motherboard separatly, light open and runing.

have moterboard : Rog strix b850-a gaming wifi 
Have all update and driver for motherboard/cpu/graphic card/bios uptodate
Not sure if i miss some for your fan
