defective fan bearing, help

Hi i bought the toughliquid 280 ex pro argb the 31 of kuly and a few days ago the fans started making a rattling noise like a cable is touching them but there is nothing, the bearing is bad. Can i get fan replacement cause i like the aio and i dont want to refund the whole thing and need to mount it again, just the fans are the problem. 

I tried to contact cs3@thermaltake.com.tw and cs3@thermaltake.com.tw but got no reply... i even filed the paper on the  site and got no answer there either.

im writing here cause i read on reddit that here there are people that work at thermaltake i dont know what else to do
