Hello Thermaltake Support and Community,

I recently purchased a Thermaltake TH V360 V2 Ultra AIO cooler, but I am experiencing a persistent problem with its LCD display.

The screen only shows my customized image for a few seconds and then resets back to the default image repeatedly. I have tested this extensively but the issue persists.

Here are my full system specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D

Motherboard: Gigabyte X870E Elite WiFi 7

Cooler: Thermaltake TH V360 V2 Ultra

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (tested on versions 24H2, 22H2, 21H2)

What I have already tried:

1. Installed multiple versions of TT RGB Plus software:

V1.4.3

V1.4.4

V2.1.8

V2.1.9

V3.0.0

V3.0.1

V3.0.2

2. Reinstalled Windows multiple times with different builds.

3. Reset BIOS to default settings.

4. Disabled Fast Boot and ERP in BIOS.

5. Changed USB headers (tested multiple internal USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports).

6. Tried different USB dongle positions.

7. Ran software as Administrator and in compatibility mode.

Despite all of these attempts, the LCD still reverts back to the default image after a few seconds.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue with the TH V360 V2 Ultra on new AMD Ryzen 9000 series / X870 motherboards?

If so, is there a firmware update, beta version of the TT RGB Plus software, or any workaround available?

I’ve reported it to support several times, but they didn’t even bother to respond.

I truly regret buying this product. I wish someone had told me that its technical support and drivers are a complete disaster.
