Ok so... I just signed up, just to say how DISAPPOINTED I am with Thermaltake right now ! I've been a customer and have bought mainly Thermaltake cases and cpu coolers + accessories sincer way back, more than 10 years ! I'm usually a bit of a fixer, a problem-solver, and I only post on boards when I absolutely cannot find something and need a bit of help, this happens very rarely. It's the 1st time ever I need something that I can't find related to Thermaltake, wrote them 2 time so far, haven't received an answer for neither of my "tickets". Whatever !

 

So I decided to look for the boards. Is this actually it ?! Are you kidding me right now ?! Is this the level of involvement ?! My ####... and here was I thinking that Thermaltake, as one of the greatest companies involved in PC components, would have a great forum as well... boy was I wrong ! Just look at this, for example. "NiC Series Owners Club", topic opened in July of 2014, random dude writes first and only reply in February of 2017 ( almost 2 years ago ) expressing what is now one of the biggest concerns related to the NiC series -> the need of upgrade kits for AM4 Platform, and not even ONE GUY from Thermaltake or "NiC Series Owner" doesn't reply... in almost 2 years ! Are you for real ?!

 

Yes, I am frustrated, and I'm sorry if my tone is not ok right now, but this ####me off ! And the main reason why is that nobody from Thermaltake didn't have the minimum amount of respect to answer any of my "tickets" until now, even though my problem is one that MOST "NiC Series Owner" are bound to have, since last year. I'm from Bucharest, Romania. I looked EVERYWHERE I know ( and I know places ) online and offline and cant' find the AM4 bracket so this is why I'm asking Thermaltake for some pointers. Now try this, try to actually order it. The first site only ships to the U.S. and Canada. So if you're not from these 2 countries, you're f***ed. The second site only ships to Australia and New Zealand. So if you're no from those 2 countries, again, you're f***ed. Newegg ? "Not in stock". Amazon ? "Currently unavailable". eBay ? Only 1 available, "This seller doesn't ship to your location." ! Niiiiiiiiiceeeeeee ! So like, how the #### am I and thousand of other "NiC Series Owners" ( I'm repeating it because I feel like we're all a bunch of suckers, in this so called "club", right now ) supposed to get our hands of this $12 AM4 bracket so we can mount our NiCs on our new AM4 platforms ? Don't you think it's enough that you put dozens of customers through the pain of trying to find the proverbial "needle in the sack" already ? Don't you think you should do your best and address this issue officially ? 

I am trying my best to not just sell this cooler ( and subsequently other Thermaltake components I own ) and just go ahead and change camps, go for Noctua or whatever, I am very very disappointed in this moment. Looking forward to your reply, even though I'm actually being a realist and think I'll probably get one in like 2020 and from another guy having the same problem, the way this forum was (mis)handled so far.
