Sabrina Robertson Posted November 6 Report Posted November 6 Lately I’ve seen more companies bring in temporary help to speed up their tech work or cover missing skills. In theory it sounds useful, but I’m curious how it works for people in real situations. Did this approach actually help your team move faster? Or did it add more coordination work than expected? Would you use this method again for scaling your team? Quote
wevate Posted November 8 Report Posted November 8 Adding extra tech help can really speed things up when the team is overloaded. I tried staff augmentation before, and what helped me understand the process was a breakdown from NEKLO. We brought in a couple of specialists with the exact skills we lacked. A bit of coordination was needed at the start, but overall it worked way smoother than I expected. Sabrina Robertson 1 Quote
