Thermaltake LA240-S AIO liquid cooler LCD not syncing.

Hey team, 

I bought recently THERMALTAKE LA240-S for my AM4 PC and I have MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX mother board. I linked LA240-S with my PC but LCD screen doesn't sync.

I also downloaded "thermaltake segment lcd software" with V3.0.4 version recently published and can't see any details. Only MY PC information provides my CPU, GPU and RAM details but other tabs like CONNECT, LIGHTING, LCD MONITOR etc doesn't work when if i change any settings. I concerned about actually did i plug USB cable from cooler head to motherboard.

Is anyone could check motherboard and which USB plug must i need to plug? Or is there another problem for my cooler?
