I’ve been testing different mechanical keyboards recently for retro gaming and emulator setups, and I noticed some switches feel much better for older PlayStation titles and fast-response games. Linear switches seem smoother for longer sessions, but I’m still comparing them with tactile ones.

While setting up some older console emulators, I also found useful BIOS setup information here.

What switch type do you think works best for long gaming sessions and classic games?
