Since the 2.4GHz dongle is being detected by the laptop, it sounds like the issue may be with the wireless pairing rather than the USB connection. I would first try a different USB port, fully charge the mouse, and check whether the mouse and dongle need to be re-paired using the official pairing procedure. It may also be worth testing the dongle on another PC to rule out a driver or USB-port issue. If the mouse still keeps flashing white without connecting, checking the latest firmware or contacting Thermaltake support would probably be the next step.
