pyrenish
Hi, so i recently installed 5 Riing Plus case fans and ran them through the included controler, everything was working perfectly, today i switched out my PSU for a TT Smartseries RGB 650w and while the fans themselves still work none of the lights show up and the controller is no longer detected, i have tried every the cables but to no avail, also, and weirdest of all, when i power off my PC the lights on all the Riing fans will quickly flash once before shutoff. my system is as followes. i7-8700k 1070ti founders edition 860evo ssd asus z370 MB
Tack
Do you have a screenshot of the program and is the program showing rpm and everything correctly. Have you tried unplugging the power from the controller for like 10 sec.

Tack
Does your pc make the device connected sound when you plug the usb in? Also what software version you using? If the answer to those is "yes" and "1.1.7" I would try to reinstall the software If that does not work I would put in a rma request for a new controller you should be able to do that here https://thermaltakeusa.zendesk.com I had to do the same for one of my controllers
