Just1n Posted August 2, 2018 Report Share Posted August 2, 2018 Hello, I have 4 x Riing 14 and 3 x Riing 12 Plus premium. Every time I start up (shut up and turn on) my computer, their lights are completely off (fans are still working) and the software didn’t find out the controller. However, when I unplug and re-plug the power cables of the controllers, their lights turn on and off course, the software can see the controllers. They work well (even when I restart my PC) until I shut down. However, when I turn on my computer, the problem repeat . My mobo is Gigabyte x299 gaming 9. Any solutions, Thank you. What version of the TT RGB Plus software are you currently using? Is this a new system build?
