Stug187
Hello there, i just build a new PC and decided to get a Ryzen CPU and some Thermaltake Riing 12 RGB Premium Fans. First not a single software version would recognize my fans or my hub, then i got a new hub from the german support, then 1 single version of the premium software recognized my hub, but wont change the speed or color of my fans... is there any other thing i can do or is the only way to refund the thermaltake stuff and buy something that actually works? sorry but i am really #### off right now... ThermalMike
Hi, What fans do you have exactly? Part number? RYZEN made the change, it messed everything up for a lot of manufactures... We had to make a new controller to fix our side due to this, you would need that, but it looks like you already got it. What version of the software are you running? 1.2.1 is the latest. ThermalMike
Can you help with System specs? What OS? is it all updated? Try to completely remove the Microsoft Visual C++ file, reboot and do a fresh install with 1.2.1 Does the controller have a "DOT" on the bottom of it by the dip switch?
