tdeezy Posted October 11, 2018 Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 Hi, so I just received my Neptune Elite RGB mechanical keyboard and it was working all fine. I decided to download the gaming driver from the main website to play around with the RGB backlight. After i installed it and updated the software, the keyboard stopped working completely. I have no idea what to do. I've exhuasted as many possible solutions as i could find but it appears i may have a faulty product. can anyone help? The firmware has disappered from the dropbox link you shared above.
