C1000 Opaque Red coolant destroyed 2-day old system

My two day old loop was gunked up when I started using Thermaltake C1000 Opaque Red coolant. A quick Google search shows that this is a known issue for users of the C1000 Opaque coolant, but why is Thermaltake still selling such defective product in the market?

In case anyone asked, I've done a full distilled water flush and let the loop run on distilled water for 24 hours as part of my leak test, and all components are nickel plated copper (blocks and fittings) or copper itself (radiators).

There was white residues at the bottom of the bottle, but because the instructions says to shake well before use, one would have assumed that it's part of the product. Lo-and-behold, that white residues are now stuck in my blocks.
