Silverwolf73 Posted October 26, 2018 Report Posted October 26, 2018 So a few days ago i bought a Neptune Pro blue keyboard, I installed the software and all was good until yesterday. I was fiddling with macro settings and then once i was done unplugged it and went to sleep. However when i plugged it in today, no response. It plays the audio sound that says its connected but the keyboard has turned off altogether. when i try to open the software for it it says to connect the right device. Can someone please help!?!?!?
