Bioacid Posted October 29, 2018 Report Share Posted October 29, 2018 Just purchased a new Riing 20 with controller. plugged it all in, direct to PSU and plugged into open USB 2.0 header on motherboard. when the system is powered on, the fan spins but no light. downloaded and installed the software (pain to find) when the software start, all it says no device detected. I have tried another usb header and molex power no dice, plugged it all into another computer I had laying around no luck as well. I just purchased this, unfortunatly it was the last one on the shelf, so not sure when they will get more in stock. What could be wrong. what should the controller show up as in device manager? as I am not getting anything.
